His cuisine, deeply inspired by Syria's rich culinary roots, is known for its aroma, innovation, and flavor.
Chef Ali strives to elevate every dish with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. “I aim to redefine culinary experiences through attention to flavor, texture, and aesthetics,” he shares.
